We will assess your building needs and provide you with a quote. It may be necessary to install cleanouts on the stacks in order to properly clean them.
A detailed schedule will be provided as to suite entry. Workers will protect areas of work with plastic and will clean up after the drains have been cleaned.
High rise buildings should generally clean the kitchen stacks every two years. The first stage should be to clean the main drain with our high pressure machine. This ensures that the main drain is free and clear before cleaning the stacks. After the stacks are cleaned we once again give a final high pressure cleaning of the main drain. Upon completion we will present you with a DVD showing the cleaned stacks and main drain.
